Role Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of performance and storytelling. Someone who can translate platform trends and data into scroll-stopping concepts, and work collaboratively to bring those ideas to life, again and again.

This role sits at the heart of what we do: building ad creative that doesn’t just look good, but performs. You’ll lead the creative strategy for multiple client accounts, partnering with media buyers, editors, and creators to design and test creative that drives measurable impact across Meta, TikTok, and beyond.

You’ll use insights from platforms, performance data, and user psychology to generate original concepts, brief creators or editors, and work closely with our clients to help them understand what’s working and what to try next. You’ll manage a structured testing pipeline, track results across experiments, and champion learnings that help scale what works.

This isn’t a role where you’ll just hand off ideas and hope for the best. You’ll get your hands dirty in the creative process, from finding the perfect meme format to rewriting hooks for a UGC script to editing short copy lines for a carousel ad. At the same time, you’ll be guiding clients through the logic behind the creative direction, connecting strategy with storytelling and data with impact.
