We’re currently looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in eCommerce performance creatives.

💻 What We Want You To Do
As a Graphic Designer at LDX Digital, you’ll be responsible for creating high-performing ad creatives, landing page assets, and digital graphics tailored to eCommerce and DTC brands.
Working alongside video editors, copywriters, and media buyers, you’ll design thumb-stopping visuals that fuel paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
This role is ideal for someone who merges strong design fundamentals with a conversion mindset, has excellent taste, and works quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Ad Creative Design
- Design static and animated ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Display, and YouTube thumbnails.
- Create eye-catching, scroll-stopping visuals with strong hooks, CTAs, and eCommerce product presentation.
Landing Page Assets
- Design graphics, headers, icons, and illustrations to support high-converting funnels and landing pages.
- Work closely with funnel strategists and copywriters to bring UX wireframes to life.
Brand Consistency & Adaptation
- Design within brand guidelines while elevating brand identity through fresh and creative concepts.
- Adapt designs for various placements and formats (desktop, mobile, stories, reels, etc.).
Data-Driven Iteration
- Interpret ad performance data to tweak creatives for better CTR, ROAS, and engagement.
- Run variations and A/B tests on graphic concepts to identify top-performing visual angles.
Design Innovation & Trend Awareness
- Stay up to date on ad design trends, top-performing formats, meme marketing, typography trends, and eCommerce visual styles.
- Pitch original creative concepts and hooks during brainstorms.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Collaborate with video editors, funnel designers, and media buyers to deliver cohesive ad campaigns.
- Use tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite to share and hand off assets cleanly.
- Organize assets in shared folders and keep version control tidy.

🤝 You’re Perfect If You Have
- 3+ years experience as a graphic designer, preferably in eCommerce or performance marketing.
- Proven portfolio of high-converting ad creatives (Meta/Google/YouTube/TikTok).
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Understanding of direct-response marketing principles, including hooks, CTA hierarchy, and conversion design.
- Ability to balance aesthetic polish with performance goals.
- Clear English communication (written and verbal) for remote collaboration.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple fast-moving projects.
- Excellent eye for typography, layout, and composition.
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote-first environment.
- Experience designing creatives for DTC brands or performance agencies.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, GIF creation, or video thumbnails.
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing, ad analytics, and performance metrics like CTR and ROAS.
- Exposure to landing page design or funnel layout thinking.
