Role Overview
We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to build Thrive’s brand, own our narrative, and make us the most visible and trusted builder funding engine in Web3.
This is a strategic, high-leverage leadership role for a marketing operator who can blend positioning, storytelling, and distribution into a cohesive strategy. You’ll own the Thrive voice across all channels—defining how we speak to builders, investors, DAOs, and partners. You’ll manage external communications, social, content, growth campaigns, and co-marketing partnerships. You’ll also scale a marketing team around you as we grow.
The ideal candidate is crypto-native, deeply understands Web3 culture and velocity, and knows how to build meaningful momentum across narratives and channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Thrive’s brand, narrative, and public presence
- Design and execute a full-stack marketing strategy spanning content, social, PR, and growth
- Manage communications across Twitter, LinkedIn, newsletters, blog, and community-facing content
- Lead Thrive’s messaging around launches, deployments, ecosystem wins, and product milestones
- Build and maintain a consistent voice and tone aligned with our mission and culture
- Drive co-marketing campaigns with ecosystem partners, DAOs, and protocols
- Oversee earned media strategy including PR, podcasts, and influencer/KOL outreach
- Create high-leverage marketing assets: pitch decks, case studies, impact reports, announcements
- Set marketing KPIs and report on reach, engagement, sentiment, and ecosystem impact
- Hire and lead a lean, high-performing marketing team over time
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8+ years in marketing, brand, or communications roles in Web3 or high-growth tech startups
- Proven experience scaling a brand and narrative from early traction to mainstream visibility
- Exceptional writer and editor with an instinct for positioning and storytelling
- Deep understanding of crypto-native audiences, memes, and culture
- Strong experience managing PR, content calendars, growth loops, and partner campaigns
- Ability to operate across both strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with founders, product, DevRel, and ecosystem teams
- Highly self-directed, fast-moving, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
