We're seeking a social media manager for our accounts on X, Telegram, Instagram, and Discord. We need someone who thrives online, consistently creates hit posts, and communicates fluently in memes. More importantly, we want a team member who comprehends how social media can strategically advance business objectives.

Winnables is at the forefront of decentralized raffles, uniquely utilizing an on-chain Random Number Generator (RNG) through Chainlink to guarantee complete transparency in winner selection. As one of the few platforms committed to this level of transparency, we ensure a fair and trustworthy experience for all participants.

Our platform distinguishes itself by continuing to raffle Ethereum network NFTs and coins, despite high network gas fees that deter many other providers. Thanks to an innovative feature introduced by a major provider earlier this year, we have significantly reduced gas fees from several dollars to just a few cents, making our raffles more accessible and cost-effective for our users.

Our primary audience includes NFT collectors and crypto enthusiasts. Our mission is to make blue-chip NFTs, often prohibitively expensive, accessible to a wider audience. With Winnables, participants can engage with minimal investment, and thanks to our fair and transparent RNG system, everyone has a chance to win, even with low bets and minimal gas fees.

What you will do

• Craft and execute a vibrant social media strategy to elevate Winnables' profile and establish our brand as a leader in the web3 and NFT spaces.
• Develop and launch engaging content, activities, and campaigns that enhance user interaction and build a thriving community.
• Forge and strengthen connections with influencers, media, and key projects to boost our visibility and attract new users.
• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that enhances brand recognition, drives user acquisition, and fosters customer loyalty.
• Engage actively with our community, responding to inquiries and fostering a positive and vibrant environment.
• Employ advanced analytics tools to gain insights that shape more effective social and community strategies.
• Delve into metrics from marketing campaigns, website traffic, and user feedback to refine and optimize our marketing approaches.
• Act as the primary moderator for the Winnables X account, ensuring our digital interactions are consistently enjoyable and engaging.
• Manage our presence across various platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and Telegram and other promient social platfroms, ensuring we're everywhere our users are.
• Engage with the community by responding to inbound messages and initiating proactive conversations to foster positive engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of direct experience in social media management and marketing, ideally within the web3 industry.
• Proficient in using social media monitoring and analytics tools.
• Knows how to balance 'degen' mode with a professional demeanor, effectively navigating both informal and formal communication styles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experienced in managing major social platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, and TikTok.
• In-depth knowledge of the NFT and web3 sectors.
• Adept at creating diverse content and implementing effective social media strategies.
• Proven capability to generate ideas, collaborate with teams, and lead projects from conception to completion.
