TaskForce is hiring a Meme Content Creator who lives at the intersection of politics, news, and internet culture. This is a high-speed, high-output role for someone who can take a breaking headline at 9:07am and turn it into a viral post by 9:12. You’ll report directly to the editorial/audience lead and be responsible for creating content that doesn’t just react to the conversation, but shapes it. If you’re terminally online, politically sharp, and actually funny (not “brand funny”), this is for you.
What You’ll Do
Make memes. Lots of them.
- Produce daily, high-volume meme content across Reddit, Instagram, X and beyond
- Turn news, political narratives, and cultural moments into clear, shareable content - fast
- Write sharp, funny, on-message captions that actually land
Move at the speed of the internet
- Jump on trends early and execute quickly
- Create reactive content around breaking news, debates, speeches, and major moments
- Be available when the moment calls for it
Own the platforms (Reddit-first)
- Post and optimize content across subreddits and social platforms
- Understand tone, format, and what works where
- Engage when it helps performance, know when to lean in and when to stay invisible
Bring ideas, not just execution
- Pitch concepts in daily brainstorms
- Spot trends before they peak
- Find smart, unexpected ways to insert messaging into culture

Requirements
- 2–5 years making memes or social content (politics, media, or culture preferred)
- Deep fluency in internet culture, formats, and platform dynamics
- Strong grasp of U.S. politics and the daily news cycle
- Proven ability to be fast and good
- A real sense of humor (you know the difference)
- Strong copy instincts.. short, sharp, and scroll-stopping
- Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, feedback-heavy environment
