Are you the mythical beast, the strategic, highly skilled social media unicorn who can ensure the consistent, high-level execution and elevation of an established digital brand voice? If your brain runs on data and creativity, this is your next power-up. We need someone who can speak fluent Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and B2B. 

RYNO is hunting for a Senior Social Media Specialist, a true Unicorn, to report to the Senior Director of Marketing. Forget simple content scheduling; this is a pivotal role where you take FULL ownership of our entire social ecosystem. Your mission is clear: drive strategic development and execution across all platforms to fuel engagement, audience growth, and cultural relevance. 

Location Note: This role is fully remote, but if you're chilling in the Greater Phoenix Metro area, you get preferred status. (Proximity to good tacos matters.)

The total compensation for this non-exempt, salaried opportunity includes a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors, including role, level, experience, and location. This role is eligible for a quarterly performance-based bonus. Bonus eligibility is based on performance metrics and company results. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
