You likely run your own blog or create content just for fun. You're a fountain of ideas, have a deep understanding of internet culture (especially English-language trends), and aren't afraid to get in front of the camera. Age and formal years of experience are secondary. What matters are "burning eyes," a relentless drive for results, and hands-on experience growing something to 1M+ monthly organic reach. You're not just a manager; you're a creator and a community builder.
Key Responsibilities & Impact
By the End of Probation (3 Months):
- Build the Foundation: Develop a clear, data-informed content strategy focused on reach and engagement.
- Launch & Innovate: Introduce new, engaging content formats and execute first creative collaborations.
- Deliver Initial Growth: Achieve tangible traction to prove the strategy.
- Monthly Organic Impressions: 500k+
- Instagram: Grow to 5k followers with 300k monthly reach
- TikTok: Grow to 5k followers with 300k monthly reach
Within 3-6 Months:
- Build Community: Foster an active, engaged community that interacts with your content, not just consumes it.
