This role is designed for a creative, data-driven professional to manage and enhance social media engagement across national and local platforms. You will drive content strategy, planning, publishing, and performance analysis, ensuring campaigns reach their intended audience effectively. Working remotely within a collaborative team environment, you will balance long-term campaign goals with timely, responsive content execution. Your contributions will amplify messaging, strengthen community engagement, and help elevate the organization’s digital presence during key campaigns and moments. This is a temporary, full-time assignment offering hands-on experience with a purpose-driven brand.
Accountabilities
- Source and organize content from internal teams, partners, and events, maintaining a clear content pipeline.
- Manage social media calendars using project management tools, adjusting for campaign needs and last-minute priorities.
- Draft, edit, and schedule posts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Threads.
- Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions, and escalate sensitive issues in alignment with brand voice.
- Lead execution of campaigns and seasonal moments, coordinating creative development, copywriting, and review cycles.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights for optimization and content strategy improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding.
- Support crisis communications and community management best practices when necessary.
