A kickass content creator who lives and breathes video content creation! You are comfortable being on camera. You are an impeccable storyteller and have a strong personality. You lead with authenticity and know how to catch the eye of audiences in a crowded market. You are passionate about everything TikTok and video creation. You have your finger on the pulse of what’s trending in marketing, tech, and the digital landscape. You know how to translate internet and social trends into engaging, exciting videos. You'll do:
- Ideating, scripting, filming and editing video content while identifying emerging trends and activating quickly to drive innovation, grow engagement, and community size within the platform.
- Collaborating with Community Managers and Social Media Managers to develop monthly content calendars and content pillars for the clients.
- Optimizing content against overall marketing and content calendar, ensuring that all content ladders up to marketing objectives, campaigns, and quarterly KPIs.
- Analyzing the performance of the published video content on a regular basis to derive insights and optimize future content.
- Supporting in creator partnerships, outreach and relationship management.
You have:
- 2+ years of experience
- A TikTok personality!
- Experience in creating content for TikTok, YouTube or Instagram on either a brand or personal channel
- Impeccable storytelling skills — you know how to capture attention and maintain it
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
- Passion for content creation and working with brands from a variety of verticals
- An ability to own video production end-to-end, from ideation to scripting, filming and editing the final product
- Interested in growth, product and tech, as well as in the know of TikTok trends & internet culture
- An ability to eloquently tell a brand story or do research and explain a topic in a captivating way
- A well-versed understanding of in platform-specific social media best practices

We are currently seeking a PC gamer for a Social Media & Community Specialist located in the US or UK to join our Marketing team. This role creates, publishes, and maintains content posted to Glorious’ social media channels. They work in close partnership with the Social Media & Community Manager, as well as other internal teams, to schedule and promote new products and releases and create posts that drive our audience of gamers and hardware enthusiasts to engage with us across multiple platforms.
Compensation
The starting rate for this role is $60,000-70,000 USD.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, moderate, interact, and respond to posts in the Reddit and Discord communities.
- Create, coordinate, publish, and monitor posts on Glorious’ social media channels, including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Collaborate cross-functionally to promote content regarding new product releases, software updates and other important news
- Assist with the creation of engaging social media content including videos, images, memes, and blog posts
- Proofread, edit, and manage social media content library and provide relevant content to cross-functional team members
- Ensure published content is consistent with the Glorious brand, tone, and voice standards and that there is alignment across all channels

As a Backend Engineer you will work with the data scientists and product managers to envision and implement a system of reusable services following a cohesive architecture that gives our users, internal and external, all the information and control they could hope for.

We're a fully remote team working from all parts of the world, but with two hubs being Austin, TX and Berlin, Germany. We hire for ability, not credentials. You will notice that this is reflected in our recruiting process. The process is designed to test your ability to solve problems that you will face in the role you are applying for. We invest tens of hours carefully crafting descriptions and the corresponding questions for each role. We spend so much time because we found this to be a good investment. We are currently seeking a gamer for a Social Media & Community Specialist located in the US or UK to join our Marketing team. This role creates, publishes, and maintains content posted to Glorious’ social media channels. They work in close partnership with the Social Media & Community Manager, as well as other internal teams, to schedule and promote new products and releases and create posts that drive our audience of gamers and hardware enthusiasts to engage with us across multiple platforms.
This position reports to the Director of Communications & Product Marketing and will also work cross-collaboratively both internally and externally.
Compensation
The starting hourly rate for this role is $60,000-70,000 USD.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, coordinate, publish, and monitor posts on Glorious’ social media channels, including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner, including Reddit and Discord
- Collaborate cross-functionally to receive, review, schedule, and promote content regarding new product releases, software updates (i.e. new Glorious CORE features), website updates, and other important news
- Assist with the creation of engaging social media content including videos, images, memes, and blog posts
- Manage the social media content library and provide relevant content to cross-functional team members in Sales, Marketing, or other departments for their usage as necessary
- Proofread and edit social media copy created by other members of the Glorious team prior to posting
- Ensure published content is consistent with the Glorious brand, tone, and voice standards and that there is alignment across all channels
- Stay updated on current social media trends, best practices, and potential channels that may be relevant to the Marketing team

Role Responsibilities
- Ideating and pitching engaging short-form video, photo, and text content to charge our organic social-first strategies, across TikTok primarily but also Instagram, Facebook, and all relevant social platforms
- Top-to-bottom content production capabilities, from ideation all the way through to shooting, editing, copywriting and publishing
- Staying on top of trends every day and being able to turn a social trend into an idea within hours
- Stimulating and sustaining conversations and relationships with a brand’s audience through on-the-pulse community management
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of editorial calendars and creative campaigns
- Building strong relationships with clients and identifying business development opportunities
- Offering strategic thinking, creative spark, and commercial understanding to develop plans
- Researching the latest social tools, platforms and trends – and working to ensure that we are the first to innovate and experiment
- Delivering reports, performance tracking & trend analysis to clients
- Remaining culturally attuned and constantly challenging the team and our clients with new opportunities for innovation across the industry and tech-space
- Feeding into campaign planning and responses in a strategic and activation capacity

En We Are Social Madrid buscamos un Community Manager, que se encargará de elaborar y ejecutar los planes editoriales, y de hacer crecer la comunidad. Si eres capaz de resumir tu historia en un meme, ¡sigue leyendo!
Tus responsabilidades serán...
- Conocer y escuchar a los usuarios y con ello, proponer y desarrollar ideas para el calendario mensual de contenidos: desde el objetivo que queremos comunicar, hasta el copy, guiones, scripts, racionales, etc.
- Coordinar con el equipo de arte la producción de contenidos, y revisar las piezas finales.
- Pensar y ejecutar ideas para campañas de redes sociales.
- Gestionar las redes, programar y publicar el contenido, atender a la comunidad e interactuar con ella.
- Realizar informes de resultados, tanto cuanti como cuali.
- Monitorizar la conversación sobre la marca y sus productos.
- Colaborar en la definición de tono y estilo de comunicación en redes sociales/canales, junto con el equipo editorial.
- Crear nuevos formatos, narrativas, propuestas, etc.

- Experiencia profesional de al menos 3 años, con enfoque en el desarrollo de contenidos digitales.
- Capacidad para dar un nuevo sentido a las palabras y conectar con una comunidad a través de una pantalla.
- Buenas habilidades de redacción; redacción y ortografía impecables.
- Experiencia utilizando herramientas de gestión de redes sociales para programar, publicar, realizar informes, etc.
- No estamos buscando un experto en datos, pero si alguien que con su conocimiento y los datos, pueda elaborar informes, extraer conclusiones y learning valiosos para el cliente y plasmarlos de manera visual.
- Gran afinidad y pasión por los medios sociales e Intuición para las tendencias.
- Curiosidad para investigar nuevos formatos, lenguajes, narrativas y recursos.
- Capacidad de experimentar y adaptar mensajes a diferentes audiencias y canales.
- Originalidad para crear contenido nuevo.
- Organización en grandes dosis.
- Capacidad de comprensión de los guidelines del cliente.
- Inglés alto.

- Experiencia previa en sectores de servicios, gran consumo, telecomunicación, bebidas, etc.
- Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión de canales sociales, analytics, reporting, Social Listening.
- Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Asana, Slack, ClickUp o similares.
- No buscamos un perfil de diseño, pero que sepas algo de programas de diseño siempre viene bien.
